Connect your cloud storage accounts to TomYaYa and automatically optimize files to free up space and reduce storage costs.

Overview

TomYaYa integrates with popular cloud storage services to help you:

  • Find and remove duplicate files across cloud accounts
  • Compress media files to free up quota
  • Identify large files wasting storage
  • Sync optimization across multiple services

Supported Services

  • Google Drive - Full support including Google Photos
  • Microsoft OneDrive - Personal and Business accounts
  • Dropbox - Basic, Plus, and Professional
  • iCloud Drive - Via local sync folder
  • Amazon S3 - Direct API access

Quick Start

Step 1: Open Cloud Storage

Click the Cloud Storage tile on the TomYaYa dashboard.

Step 2: Connect an Account

Click Add Account and select your cloud provider. You'll be redirected to authorize TomYaYa access. We request minimal permissions - only what's needed to scan and optimize files.

Step 3: Scan for Opportunities

Once connected, click Scan to analyze your cloud storage. TomYaYa identifies:

  • Duplicate files
  • Large media files that can be compressed
  • Old files that may no longer be needed

Step 4: Review Recommendations

TomYaYa presents optimization opportunities sorted by potential space savings. Review each suggestion before taking action.

Step 5: Optimize

Select items to optimize and click Apply. Files are processed in the cloud - no need to download large files to your computer.

Safety First: TomYaYa creates backups before modifying cloud files. You can restore original files within 30 days.

Privacy & Security

Your data remains secure:

  • We never store your files on our servers
  • Authentication uses official OAuth - we never see your password
  • You can revoke access anytime from your cloud provider's settings
